Changes: We are pleased to announce updates to the Inbox feature on Android!
You can now view your Inbox by Assigned and Closed state, making it easier to filter through your Inbox Conversations on the go.
We are also introducing the ability to close/reopen Inbox Conversations as well as the option to assign the conversation to another teammate or shared team inbox. You can find these option by clicking on an Inbox item and navigating to the toolbar menu options on the top right of the screen.
